An overhaul of JetBlue's email design to incorporate best practices spiked sales. Relevant headlines, clear calls-to-action and edited content reduced friction for consumers, outperforming industry averages for opens and clickthoughs.


Homepage
All about search: the new page incorporated UX learnings from a Bentley University User Experience Center study on multiple designs. Clear content, a usable search box and multiple ways to find sales produced a page that outperformed previous versions and made backend maintenance easier.
