ikaSystems: UX and UI for Software Suite

I delivered UX recommendations to ikaSystems to integrate a disparate suite of 5 software products. Intake involved learning the functionality of each software and hearing the development teams’ concerns about maintenance and updating. A unified grid was derived from commonalities, and UI elements were shared across teams. This was an ambitious project by a company committed to growth.

Kronos: UI Design

Designed and produced user interface assets and layouts for Kronos to implement with their workforce management software. Created pixel-perfect mockups and helped construct detailed build kits for developers. Worked within the User Experience Group.

SunLife Financial Diversity and Inclusion Page: Responsive Design

Design and asset creation for subpages within the SunLife corporate site. Working with Human Resource professionals and the digital team, the page was designed to pull in Instagram images into a responsive matrix based on the hashtags – take a look at the page here. This cross-functional project was a success, increasing exposure of the digital team and advancing the cause of diversity within the workplace.

MetLife Customer Portal: UX/UI and Responsive Design

MetLife was redesigning a customer portal to improve the ease of use and integrate improved functionality. I explored responsive UI designs, creating pixel-perfect art, build kits and prototypes. We experimented using the InVision app to present our functional prototypes – that work is shown here.

QlikView Virtual Event 2014

A robust online experience for QlikView produced in conjunction with INXPO. Concepting, art direction, design and production responsibilites for components ranging from backgrounds to banners, registration pages to emails, set design to post-production motion graphics. This event successfully achieved its goals, including a 50% attendance ratio and an average visit time of two hours. Register and check out the work.

Sophos Complete Security Web Banners

A series of banners leveraging the new visual identity to promote the idea of Complete Security. These banners were featured on sites such as Tom’s Hardware.

Sophos RSA Tradeshow

Working as part of the Interactive Media and Marketing team at Sophos, helped to develop landing pages for events, product launches and content hubs. Maintained visual consistency across the site, with an eye toward streamlining process and developing guidelines for designers and developers.

Priceline.com Cruises Homepage: UX Optimization

Priceline.com Cruises homepage integrating learnings from analytics and SEO – this was a first-generation revision which was eventually rolled out across brands because of its exceptional performance and ease of maintenance. User Experience testing of iterations was carried out at Bentley University’s Usability Labs.
